Attested copies of the following documents are required along with duly filled in admission form:
- Disability Certificate where necessary, as per rules.
- Character Certificate from the Principal of the Institute last attended.
- Domicile Certificate of the candidate (or of father/ mother if the applicant is under 18 years of age and his/her name is included in it) and P.R.C. (originals to be shown at the time of payment of fees).
- Computerized National Identity Card (Photocopy).
- Affidavit and Undertaking from student and parents as per specimen.
- Six recent photographs (Passport Size).
- Original Bank Challan of admission form plus pre-entry test fee.
