KIPS School Admission Session for Prep to Matric

Admission is open for all classes from Level 1 to Matric on a first-come, first-serve basis with the limited number of seats reserved for each class. The student is admitted on merit, their previous academic standing along with their performance in the admission test & interviews.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

Students get admission on merit that is based on their previous academic record and their performance in admission tests and interviews.

The admission criterion is as follows:

Admission Test	–	80%
Interview	–	20%

HOW WE WORK OUT OUR SESSIONS

The details of terms are as follows:

Summer Term	–	15th August to 15th November
Winter Term	–	16th November to 16th February
Spring Term	–	17th February to 10th June

ABSENCE

If your child is unable to attend school for any reason, please notify the school on the first day of absence by telephoning the school office before 10.00 am preferably by sending an application. Please note that children are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours unless:

• The school receives a note or telephone call from the parents.
• An authorized adult collects the child.
• Parents must sign the book at the reception if they take their child out during school hours.

HOLIDAYS

Sundays & selected religious & national days are observed as holidays.
