• Only those students are eligible to apply for this scholarship program who have a domicile of Balochistan Province
• All those students who are applying for this scholarship program must not more than 40 years of age (for Ph.D.) and 35 years (MS/ M.Phil)
• An applicant who has scored a minimum of 45% marks there throughout their academic career and has 3 CGPA are also eligible
• It is also mandatory to pass the HAT test with a minimum of 50% otherwise you are not eligible to apply
