Applicants are required to submit online applications through the HEC website www.hec.gov.pk/site/bf3. Hard copies of the documents are not required at this stage. The applicant has to deposit the application processing fee PKR: 500/- in HBL Account.
It must have a first division (in the annual examination system) or CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 75% marks in the final degree for PhD Scholarships. Anyways, it is compulsory to have 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.0 in the final degree for MS Scholarships.
