Punjab All 9 Boards Admission Schedule has been declared you must Registration for you Inter Examinations because after the Due Dates Application will be accepted with double fee. In 2023, Intermediate results failed miserably and affected millions of candidates who appeared in exams across Punjab.
From initial automated admission system failure to wrong inputs, poor handling of candidate pictures in the database to third party filled admission form errors and critical mistakes while awarding the results through system, the entire process was filled with confusion and created more chaos.
To ensure that the chaos surrounding the exams in 2023 is not only avoided but also the students get the facility of getting their admissions sent online without having any problems and errors in submissions, PITB established a dedicated team with separate resources to study the 2023 system and come up with a solid plan.
PITB invited all the stakeholders; Higher Education Commission, Government of the Punjab and Chairmen of all BISEs along with their technical staff to go through each and every minute detail.
Starting from Inter Annual 2023, the PITB team worked extensively with BISEs, HEC and Government of the Punjab to develop an online system which will not only cater the problems but also improve the Registration, Exam Conduct and Result systems on Matric and Intermediate levels gradually.

Pre Conduct:
14 Scenarios based on the nature of the candidates, their choices and board’s rule and regulations were defined and locked in the system with categorization of 11 Groups and 76 Subjects. A centralized database comprising of previous exam record of the candidates from 8 boards was created so as to facilitate the student in any district despite the fact that his previous exam record was lying with another board.
Walk-in Facilitation centers were created across Punjab to give One Access Point services to the private candidates with 8:30 am to 5pm, 6 days a week timings, while the regular candidates contacted their institutes. All the technical staff, data entry operators, system analysts and board administrators, were given trainings through live demonstration of the online application, manuals, YouTube videos and online Gmail Forum based interaction.
Exam Conduct:
Once all the data was acquired from the candidates appearing in 2023 Intermediate Annual, center allocation was started based on the address, sex and choice of subjects. It was made sure that male/female students are adjusted accordingly and to the nearby exam center where their subject demands can be met.
Retrieving the details from the admission forms, roll number slips were issued with same photograph and other details printed on it adjusting the candidates in nearby examination centers.
Bubble sheets were bar-coded and then linked with the roll numbers to give it complete secrecy and accuracy. The campaign was run along with training of the exam staff to help candidates fill the bubble sheets in the right way while putting in the answers.
Post Conduct:
Bubble sheets were scanned from an independent source and results were compiled through a computerized process which leads to not only transparency in the process but also identified 1,112,260 errors which were fixed.
BISE Inter Supplementary 2023:
BISE Inter Supplementary exams were also conducted, making the same system more efficient with improved user interface and center allocation mechanism.
BISE Inter Annual 2023:
The PITB team is currently working on the Inter Annual 2023. The online registration process has started and this time, there is one additional BISE Sahiwal included in the list. Updated and revised database of all the candidates from Punjab has been connected with the main system and registration process has started.
