So viewing this entire situation it is the need of time to establish a body that gives a recognized status to this degree. Therefore B.Tech engineers have demanded to establish PTC i.e. Pakistan Technology Council for the identification of B.Tech engineers.

Besides all this contradicting situations Pakistani Universities are offering B.Tech courses which are recognizing by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan HEC and enrolling candidates to earn this degree. B.Tech graduates can earn as much as B.E graduates. But there is extra benefit to B.Tech graduates that there are lots of higher-level employment opportunities for them in foreign countries like Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom. But many industries offer excellent jobs to B.Tech graduates as well.
